When placing an order, the User is expressly reminded of the General Terms and Conditions and, by placing an order, confirms that he\/she understands and accepts them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2511\">Content on <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/orin.coffee\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2366\">www.orin.coffee<\/a> are the intellectual property of Orin. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2641\">Orin reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon posting on the website.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"101\"><strong data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"101\">3. Procurement of goods and services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2850\">Ordering is done via the online form in the webshop. A valid e-mail address and telephone number are required. The buyer will be informed of the progress of the order by e-mail and\/or SMS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"3038\">The purchase contract (order confirmation) is concluded when the buyer receives the first email about the status of the order. The contract is stored on Orin's server and is accessible to the Buyer on request.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"121\"><strong data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"121\">4. Prices and special offers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3068\" data-end=\"3200\">All prices on the website are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. In the event of an incorrect price, the buyer will be notified and may cancel the order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"571\">Discounts, promotional codes are not cumulative unless explicitly stated. Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other benefits unless expressly stated otherwise. Orin reserves the right to modify or cancel Promo Codes and their terms and conditions of use at any time and without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"723\">Gift vouchers are not redeemable in cash, do not accrue interest and can only be redeemed for the purchase of products through the Orin online shop.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"98\"><strong data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"98\">5. Refunds are made to the same card. Once the order has been confirmed, changes to the content are no longer possible without Orin's consent.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1851\"><strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\" data-start=\"74\" data-end=\"94\">6. Invoicing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"4156\">Upon delivery, Orin sends an e-invoice to the customer at the e-mail address provided at the time of order. Upon personal collection, the buyer receives a printed invoice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4158\" data-end=\"4369\">The invoice contains an itemised price, all charges and a notice of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the information before confirming the order. Subsequent complaints regarding the invoice will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<div class=\"context-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.cdn.nrholding.net\/30326801\/550\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<h2 data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"169\"><strong data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"169\">7. Purchases for legal persons (business partners and other companies)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"310\"><strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"310\">A) Registered business partners (B2B partner)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"460\">Legal entities can visit the website <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/orin.coffee\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"373\">www.orin.coffee<\/a> register in the B2B portal and become a registered business partner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"588\">When you register, company data is stored in the system and is used solely for the purpose of business cooperation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"815\">Registered business partners are offered additional discounts and other benefits on the purchase of products, as well as the possibility of free delivery, all in accordance with the provider's internal terms and conditions or an individually negotiated contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"972\">Various payment options are available: on account, on collection, by credit card online or by delivery note, according to an internal agreement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1171\"><strong data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1171\">B) Unregistered enterprises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1445\">Legal entities that place an order via the website without registering in the B2B Portal are not considered to be registered business partners and therefore do not have access to the additional discounts, benefits, payment options or delivery terms applicable to business partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1554\">By awarding the contract, the person awarding the contract is deemed to be authorised to represent the legal person.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1724\">An order placed by a legal entity without registration is not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), but is subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"530\">For legal persons, no refund of the purchase price is possible unless this has been previously agreed or expressly stipulated in the contract. Purchases by legal persons are subject to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"723\">For refund options and possible guarantees for legal entities, please contact us at <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"649\">info@orin.coffee<\/a>, where we will provide you with information on the specific conditions and procedures.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"76\"><strong data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"76\">8. Retention of title<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"741\">All products remain the property of Orin until the purchase price is paid in full. The buyer acquires the right of ownership only on the date of full payment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"975\">Until that time, the Products may not be sold, pledged or otherwise disposed of by the Buyer without Orin's prior written consent. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to demand the immediate return of the Products.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"103\"><strong data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"103\">9. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"436\">The consumer (a natural person who acquires goods for personal purposes) has the right to give the company, within 14 days of receiving the goods <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"377\">give notice that you are withdrawing from the contract<\/strong>without having to give a reason for his decision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"702\">Withdrawal from the contract is made by an unequivocal statement sent by the consumer to the following e-mail address <strong data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"541\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"539\">info@orin.coffee<\/a><\/strong>. The message must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract, giving your name, address, order number and the product you are withdrawing from.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"853\">The consumer must return the goods to the company <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"788\">no later than 14 days after the notification of resignation<\/strong>undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"897\"><strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"897\">The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1133\">Refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, but Orin may withhold the refund until the consumer has taken delivery of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1170\"><strong data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1170\">The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1485\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1239\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1239\">products that are perishable or expire quickly;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1379\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1379\">sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (if the seal has been removed after delivery);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1485\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1485\">goods that have been made according to the consumer's precise instructions or tailored to his or her personal needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1304\"><strong>10. Delivery is carried out by a contractual partner (e.g. Post of Slovenia or DPD).<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2405\">The delivery charge is shown at the end of the order. Unfortunately, subsequent claims for damaged parcels are not possible without a report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2827\"><strong>Special delivery conditions for coffee orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2827\">To ensure the highest quality, all our coffee is roasted to order. This means that we collect coffee orders until Friday, and then roast the coffee the following week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2972\">To ensure that the coffee reaches you as fresh as possible, it is dispatched no later than the second day after roasting. That's our commitment to delivering top quality.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2823\"><strong data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2823\">12. Complaints and material defects<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2856\">If you notice that the product you have received:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2967\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2894\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2894\">does not meet the contract specification,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"2925\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2925\">is faulty or damaged,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2967\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2967\">does not have the qualities that were promised,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3133\">notify us as soon as possible at <strong data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3021\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3019\">info@orin.coffee<\/a><\/strong>. We will be happy to offer you a replacement, repair or refund - depending on the nature of the complaint. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty card or invoice. The form for returning an item under warranty can be found here.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3203\"><strong data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3203\">The time limit for claiming material defects is 2 years from the date of acceptance of the goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3234\">Clearly state in the complaint:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3325\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3255\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3255\">the order number,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3270\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3270\">description of the error,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3325\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3325\">photos of the product and packaging (if damaged).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3327\" data-end=\"3387\">We will process the complaint within 8 days of receipt. The right to claim a material defect is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, 98\/04 - officially consolidated text, as amended, supplemented and corrected).<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"19\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"19\">13. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"744\">Orin Coffee makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and accurate.
