ØRIN COFFEE is a young, fast-growing roastery that believes in quality, sustainability and a personal approach. Our vision is to redefine the coffee experience - every sip tells a story, from the soil to the moment of connection.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a self-initiative and communicative sales agent (m/f) who will seek out new B2B partners (cafes, restaurants, companies, shops, etc.) and build long-term relationships. The work is based on a contract and is paid exclusively based on success (no fixed salary).
Your tasks:
- Finding and acquiring new business partners (B2B)
- Presentation of the ØRIN COFFEE offer and preparation of individual solutions for partners
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with partners
- Order tracking and ensuring partner satisfaction

- Fully flexible schedule and working hours (work is by appointment)
- Payment based on performance (example: 5 new restaurants = €1,000 net/month)

What do we expect?
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Proactive approach to work and independent solving of challenges,
- Responsibility, accuracy and organization,
- Focus on results and customer satisfaction,
- Willingness for continuous learning and development, Category B exam and own means of transportation, as the work also involves field work.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry is an advantage, but not essential - we will teach you everything you need.
