Orders

You can easily place your order through our online store. Select the products you want, add them to your cart and follow the payment instructions.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orin.coffee. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change or cancel it.

All of our coffees are available as whole beans. If you would like your coffee ground, please select the grind you prefer when selecting the grind.

Please note that the grind may differ from what you are used to from other suppliers.

Our offer is regularly refreshed as we receive new, exclusive batches of coffee from around the world. If a coffee cannot be ordered, it may be sold out or the offer may have been rotated.

If you think there has been an error, please let us know.

Delivery

  • Items in stock: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

  • Items that are out of stock: Approximately 14 days.

  • Freshly roasted coffee: We collect orders by Friday, roast the coffee the following week, and ship it no later than the second day after roasting.

  • Slovenia: 4.5 EUR
  • Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR
  • International shipping: 25 EUR

For orders within Slovenia we use Pošta Slovenije and DPD. For international shipments we use DPD.

After payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. If you cannot find the email, please also check your spam folder.

If you see this message when entering your address, it could mean:

  • We do not deliver to your country due to restrictions,
  • It is not allowed to send coffee by mail in your country, or
  • There has been a system error. If you believe this is an error, please contact us.

Payments

We accept payments by credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash on delivery and invoice. 

We also offer payment by delivery note for business partners.

If you have a discount code, please enter it at checkout. If the code does not work, please contact us.

Coffee

We roast coffee to order to ensure the highest freshness and quality.
We recommend that you consume your coffee within 30 days of the roasting date. After this period, it will still be usable, but its taste may change. Freshly roasted coffee needs at least 4 days to stabilize and reach its optimal taste.
Our offer changes regularly due to seasonal coffee availability. If you believe this is an error, please contact us.
Store coffee in an airtight container, in a dry and dark place, away from heat and moisture.

We meet Fair Trade standards, but we are not officially certified. In most cases, we pay farmers more than the minimum Fair Trade price.

Our coffees are organically grown, but do not have an official organic certificate. When choosing our coffees, we always prioritize sustainable practices and fair payment to the growers.

Support

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please send us a photo and order number as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Please check with your neighbors or delivery service first, as packages are sometimes left in a different location. If you can't find your order, please contact us and we will investigate options to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can return products within 14 days, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging.
