ORIN Coffee Cart is mobile coffee catering for weddings, conferences, openings, trade fairs and corporate events. We bring a professional espresso machine, grinder, coffee cart and barista to your venue, and prepare every cup in front of the guest.

For meetings, breakfasts and smaller gatherings we can also set up a self-serve coffee & breakfast station. We deliver and set up. Guests help themselves.

What’s included in the price?
The coffee cart, a professional barista, machine, grinder, dishwasher, cups and unlimited drinks from the chosen menu: espresso, cappuccino, latte, cocoa, matcha and syrups. Packages differ mainly in service time, team size and visual customisation.
How many guests can you serve?
Typically 25–200. Guest numbers are a guide: we also look at duration and whether everyone comes for coffee at once. For larger groups we suggest longer service, an extra point or Corporate Signature.
Can you brand the coffee cart to our company?
Yes, with Corporate Signature. Logo on cups, company colours and other graphic details, by agreement.
Do you have drinks without coffee?
Yes. Matcha and cocoa are in the packages, with syrups at the bar. Chai, lemonade and other refreshments are by agreement, as on the menu.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks, especially for weekends. Last-minute is possible if the date is still free.
What does an extra hour cost?
140 € + VAT. Multi-day events, extra service points and full visual customisation are by agreement.
Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free?
Oat and almond milk are always there. Most drinks can be made vegan and gluten-free.
Can we order drop-off only, without a barista?
Yes. We deliver and set up; guests serve themselves. Typically coffee, pastries, juice and fruit. The team leaves after setup. It is not Business, Plus or Signature.
