Orders, delivery, coffee, and returns. If your answer isn’t here, email info@orin.coffee — we reply within one working day.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose your coffee or equipment in the shop, add it to your cart, and check out. You’ll get a confirmation email once payment goes through.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As soon as possible, at info@orin.coffee, with your order number. If the bag hasn’t gone into the roaster yet, we can make the change. Once it’s roasted or on its way, it’s too late.

How do I get my coffee?

Whole bean by default. You choose the grind at checkout — espresso, moka, filter, or French press. The grind may not match exactly what you’re used to from another roaster.

Why can't I order a product?

The lot has run out or sold out. The range changes as fresh batches come in. If you think it’s an error, let us know.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Coffee is roasted to order in Mengeš. Within Slovenia, GLS delivers within 1–3 working days after dispatch (GLS guarantee for Slovenia). The exact estimate is in your dispatch email.

How much does delivery cost?

€4.50 within Slovenia, free over €59. Within the EU, free over €95, otherwise get in touch before ordering and we’ll confirm the rate before your package ships.

Who delivers?

GLS within Slovenia. Tracking details are in your email and on our Order Tracking page.

How do I track my shipment?

You’ll get a GLS tracking number after dispatch. Enter it on the tracking page or in the GLS app. If you don’t see the email, check spam, then contact info@orin.coffee.

Checkout says there's no delivery method available. What now?

Your address may be outside our delivery zone, or the postcode is missing. Correct the address. If it still doesn’t work, get in touch — we’ll check whether we can ship to you.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via WooPayments. For businesses, we can arrange a pro forma invoice or delivery note by agreement — that’s wholesale, not the online checkout.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, in the coupon field. If the code doesn’t work, get in touch — we’ll check whether it’s valid and applies to your cart.

Coffee

When do you roast?

To order, in Mengeš. The roast date is on the bag. No stock sitting on a shelf for weeks.

How long does it stay fresh?

Best flavour within about 30 days of roasting. After that it’s still drinkable, but the aroma fades. Freshly roasted coffee rests for 3–4 days first — after that, espresso tastes more balanced.

How should I store it?

Sealed, dry, dark, away from the oven and windows. Not in the fridge. Reseal the bag well after opening.

Do you have Fair Trade certification?

No formal certificate. We pay growers fairly — often above the Fair Trade minimum. It’s about lot transparency, not a sticker.

Is the coffee organic?

We choose growing practices we can stand behind. Not every lot carries a formal organic certificate. When one does, it’s stated on the product.

Support

What if my package arrives wrong or damaged?

Send a photo and your order number to info@orin.coffee. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Status says delivered, but there's no package.

Check with neighbours, the GLS locker, and any courier SMS. Still nothing? Get in touch — we’ll open a claim with GLS.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 14 days, if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I become a wholesale partner?

Visit our Wholesale page or email sales@orin.coffee. It starts with a cup and a conversation about volume — not a one-click online wholesale order.
